Making a purchase is easy. Just browse the Online Shop. If you want to buy the item choose your size (please be sure to check our sizing tables) and colour from the drop down menu's then click " Add to cart". You can check your shopping cart by clicking the "shopping cart" button. Here you can remove items or change the quantity. When you are finished with your selections click the 'go to payments' button and you will be asked for your name, email address and address etc.

When you place an order to purchase a product by clicking the order button, we will send you an e-mail confirming the receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send you an order confirmation via e-mail or dispatch the product.


When your shipping address is in a EU member state you have to pay 21% sales TAX. When your shipping address is not in a EU member state you don't pay sales TAX. Prices in the shopping cart are quoted without TAX. TAX will be added when you select your residence.

Customers ordering from outside the European Union might be liable for import duty and local sales tax.


Everyone is welcome in our shop. We ship to almost all EEA member states (except Germany and Austria), Norway, Switzerland, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Korea, Taiwan and Japan. If you are from Germany or Austria, you must take into account that you provide a shipping address in another EEA country. Of course you can always, after making an appointment via e-mail, pick up your order.
Shipping to an EU member state is always 2.95 euro. Shipping to a non EU member state is 6.95 euro. Shipping costs will be added to your shopping cart when you select your residence. For deliveries outside of the European Union additional customs duties and fees can be charged. please inform at your local customs for additional duties and taxes.


You can pay safely with your credicard through paypal. (There is no need for an account, you can just use it as a creditcard processor.)Your credit card will be charged immediately after placing your order. Your bank account will be charged immediately after placing your order if you choose to pay via direct debit.

If you live in the euro zone, you can also pay by bank transfer.

You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of your order being placed. This will include your order number, our contact and bank details and a full list of the products you have ordered and all costs. If we cannot fulfil your order we will contact you to give you the choice of cancelling your order, amending it, or waiting for the items you ordered to come into stock.

You may cancel your order, without having to give any reason, and claim a full refund at any time up to 14 working days after you receive the goods. You may cancel by giving us notice in any of the following ways: by written notice sent to us by post, by fax, by e-mail. You may use the attached model withdrawal form form.pdf or form.txt, but it is not obligatory. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Prior to the cancellation, you shall retain possession of the goods and take reasonable care of them. You must return any goods supplied at your own expense if you cancel the contract. You are under the duty to take reasonable care to see that the returned goods are received by us and not damaged in transit.

You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

You will be reimbursed for all amounts you have paid including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us) within 14 days after we have received your cancellation. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

If your goods are defective, you can return the item(s) to us within 30 days of receipt for exchange. We will refund the cost of shipping returning the goods to us.
