Q. How long does it take to ship?
A. Normally we ship within 1-2 days from when we receive the order. You should receive your order within 1-7 working days depending on your location.If a product is out of stock we will inform you about the delay and the expected delivery time. You have the choice to wait or to cancel your order.
Q. What are your shipping and handling charges?
A. Shipping to an EU member state is always 2.95 euro. Shipping to Norway, Switserland, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Korea, Taiwan and Japan is 6.95 euro.
Q. How can I buy my Fashion shapewear if I don't have a credit card?
A. If you live in the eurozone you can make a banktransfer using our IBAN number, sharing costs !
Q. How can I cancel an order?
A. If you are a consumer you may cancel the contract within seven working days, starting the day after you have received the goods details

A. No, just a warehouse and an office.
Q. Why don't you answer my email?
A. We make every attempt to answer all email we receive within 24 hours. Please be sure you are using an accurate and valid email address when contacting us. About 15% of all our replies to inquiries bounce back either for invalid email address or some other mailbox setting on the receiver's end. If you use spam filters and junk mail sorters, you may not receive our replies.
